me too - it’s not an easy one. I’m deliberately not trying to prescribe any interventions beyond gathering some data because I’d like to ask some people who have more expertise than me.

I guess the one silver lining is that this at least it gives us chance to think who gets excluded from events during the earlier pre-covid formats - I found them super useful professionally , but I’m also aware that they were kinda designed to suit people like me more than other ppl too tho.
