After Plzeň, we went to Tábor for some history (Hussite Wars) and hiking. We came across this beer made by a small crafty Lager brewery called Obora. I'd say that this is my favorite beer of the trip. It's a typical Czech Lager, smooth, pintable and satisfying but Obora grow their own barley and hops and that shows in a beautiful lemon note in the finish. Absolutely lovely! Go find this stuff if you visit Czechia!
