Not a ton of wishful thinking yet really given pricing just shifted to expecting two cuts. One cut only wouldn’t be terribly bearish short term, probably like -0.50% to -1% move in S&P.
I think if anything J POW leading the crowd trying to cut 20bps just to signal some confidence, especially ahead of the elections (regardless of the parties).
