dude! I've been checking this 'memtest=7' out and it is pretty sweet as simple precaution. I haven't found errors but it's nice to know there is some elementary precheck that might find anything serious.
The `>1` makes sense as not every bit-flip from every position would cause problems. Is there anything else meaningful to say about that memtest-param or is it really as straight-forward as that?
