Debated about posting this because it's personal, but it's no longer a secret since she's also on the internet and sharing it. But my kid is trans, she told me and, since I had been keeping my unsubtle secret, I told her I was too. It's been wonderful, these last few years have been amazing watching her figure out who she is in so many ways and embracing the confusion and the journey. I keep using the wrong name, which has convinced me that being right wing is just a skill issue. Git gud
