Current law requires a Washington driver's license. The initiative would require an enhanced driver's license. If that wasn't part of the record, then they have to go in person with a document from a specific list that prove citizenship (and says that Puerto Rico birth certificates from before 2010 don't count). And would require reviewing all existing registrations with a presumption that they are invalid.
