Almost every night, yes. Been doing that for over a year. My back is a bit screwed due to an old injury. A stranger saw me doing all kinds of weird movements trying to decrease the pain while I was queueing in aldi and told me to try dead bugs. I did, and felt better within a week. When I stopped, the pain came back so now I do them fairly religiously.
My main motivation is that I don't want to have to get seated tickets when I go to gigs! Standing still for any length of time used to be really painful.
