Heck yeah, that is great! Ok, once you acclimate to that routine, up the intensity, do a solid1-1.5 hours of muscle training at the gym first thing in the morning. You will have a very clear head, will feel powerful all day (of course once you acclimate to the strength training routine) and sleep like a baby at night. Treat your body like a temple, no processed, garbage foods. Regular meditation and quiet time in nature. The accumulated effects are profound and life-changing.
