I really want to try making green tomato jam. Last year towards the end of the season, I had a bunch of green tomatoes that I didn't think were going to ripen before the first frost, and I thought, "I wonder if I can make them into green tomato jam and then use it to make a green tomato jam and bacon sandwich." Apparently you can.
