Oh Lyn, you deserve something you will love, and something that you can load and unload easily when going to markets.
Take a leaf out of my daughter's book. Her partner's parents provided a car for them which was hard to drive, yes there is a brand that has this reputation. Fine for partner who didn't use it much, but for running kids around etc etc, she hated it. She was called "ungrateful" when she bought up the topic of a different car.
So she just went out and bought one. Told him after. It was a car she's loved for many many years. He got over it quickly enough.
