I dealt with VFS last year, while trying to get new passports for my son and myself. Cause the Dutch govt in its infinite wisdom all but outsourced provision of passports to the residing abroad citizens to it. VFS is a true clusterfuck. We ended up getting our passports in the Netherlands instead.
