How “from scratch” do you start? I ask because I make mac&cheese in an instant pot, and although I do use the powdered cheese sauce, I also drop in shredded cheese, and I think it would come out fine even if I left off the powdered cheese; and that would be “from scratch” enough for me. The whole thing takes ~15 minutes?
