Excised a little wart I had on my middle finger with a knife and took some amazing macro photos of the little round growth set on a napkin, it's really kind of beautiful although I can't imagine there's anywhere online that welcomes this sort of stuff, the pictures are better than what's on wikipedia, and looking at this thing shows what it looks like under the skin, looking at it and knowing the shape it has would probably make it easier for anyone to understand how to cut it out.
