I thought that was a picture of Frank Zappa on the right for a second there.
He actually pitched an idea for a music streaming service back in the '80s—he envisioned a dialup modem connected to a cassette recorder. An idea a bit ahead of its time.
If he were with us today, I expect he'd appreciate the ready availability of every kind of music but take as dim a view of the industry and popular audience tastes as ever.
