200 seconds of plank.
11 mins of yoga for runners.
10 mins of strength training.
15.4 KM of #Running (-6°C, -10°C windchill, 100% humidity, and 8 km/hr wind).

Plank was tough this morning; abs were mad at me from yesterday’s go of it after the vacation.

Run was great; changed route up due to Rideau River flooding, and was unintentionally faster than my goal (7:00/km), though I was slowing down after 12 KMs. Keeping an eye on my HR is … exhausting until I can run coat-free.
