My observation. Doctors love to run endless and unnecessary tests.
If they suspect you have a condition, they will test for all the less likely conditions first, so they can bill insurance for a bunch of needless tests. Tests are low risk for doctors.
And in the end the chances are VERY LOW they will ever effect a cure for whatever you are suffering from.
End up in the hospital for any chronic condition? Endless tests, and maybe throw some drugs at you.
