Fags make their entire world about sex. It's literally the only way they can maintain the concept of being gay. "Heterosexual" people don't do this. Their identity is not centered around sex. They exist, and at times, have sex. This is why I put it in quotes — It's not an identity like being a fag.
Thus, homosexuality necessarily requires the sexualizing of children, because everything is sexual in their worldview.
