I'm home! Doc and I concur that I shouldn't take the supplement anymore, and to take my BP twice a day, in the AM and PM. I see my PCP on Tues, so that should be a fun appointment.
I also found out that my Fe is at 172, which is almost 3X has high as it should be, so I see some phlebotomies in my future.
