Despite the *existing* genocide, it still seems like the majority of cis people either don’t know or are, more likely, in denial about where this is all going.
I want to discuss this in frank terms with the people in my life – so I can begin processing it – but I’m too early to seem like anything but a paranoid conspiracy theorist, which only makes it easier to dismiss me as a Trans woman.
Even my therapist says “but you can’t control it.” So I just sit here. But what to do with all the time?
