What does he think "colonize" means exactly?
The space travel requires new physics to make it happen within 5 years and we would need to already be building the hardware for a mission to even *start* in 2030.
I can't categorically rule out the AI thing because it rides on more advancement in thinking and software which don't have the same lead times involved in deploying a breakthrough tech. It won't be an LLM or descendant thereof though.
