Well, I will give you one indication which I learned of myself. (I’m sure it’s written about in some traditions if you looked for it or already came across) The flow of Chi is definitely increased both in and out. How that affects people will vary greatly with their etheric and astral states. I’ve ended up with a headache that took me days to clear one time because of the energetic debris dislodged in that state that I failed to properly address before the flow decreased. Not to mention the implications of becoming ungrounded or in people that have actually had a nightmare before. Anxiety is something I’ve almost forgotten.
