We (her partners & friends) have been trying to create a very safe place where she can figure herself out.
She discovered she was a plural system about a year & a half ago, & that seemed like something where someone might need to be allowed to be a bit messy.
I think that's good, but it would probably also be good to talk about how her insecurities are doing harm to her relationships.
