These kinds of sloppy accusations remind me of that period on Twitter when every disagreeable person was a "Russian bot."
The mania is worse with writing—everybody thinks they can spot AI "tells" like em dashes or contrasting statements or a dozen other NORMAL things that LLMs learned FROM HUMANS.
That's not analysis; it's phrenology (with all that the term implies). Generative AI is creating a crisis of trust, but if you turn it into a witch hunt, that's on you.
