our eng team is massively pushing back. AI adoption for writing code is doing well but lets push out a feature because ai can do it is a no go. Top boss is a DS critic. he told me to my face most DS models are more expensive than the problem they solve. this is kinda sad, because its not true but weirdly this is keeping the feature bloat problem at bay.
