Moving logs.
Moving huge compost piles.
Mowing grass around buildings.
Putting up fencing.
Etc...
But for now just having punctual deals with neighbors (that have tractors) and a small walking mower are way cheaper and less management, than buying and taking care of a tractor that would just be sitting there
of the time.
