What's to explain? it's quite obvious. Epstein investigations started under GWB, were stopped by the Obama DOJ and then restarted by Trump1 DOJ (and epstein arrested), then stopped again by the Biden DOJ. They had these documents and could have released them but didn't. They used all kinds of novel applications of law to "Get Trump" and failed. If something good was in the Epstein files, they would have used it to get him or at least discredit him.
