My frustration is not being able to buy pest meat, I can buy goat and camel etc but only the farmed versions and I don't want to encourage that.

The USA should be eating more bison and less beef. Step one: recreate the millions of bison that used to wander the land. Apparently they give ice camels a run on the "bad tempered and good at conveying it" scale
