Everyone in my family except me is super into D&D. The kids spend hours talking about D&D things, designing characters, etc. They live for the campaign - which only happens for a few hours maybe once a week.
Sometimes I come up with a rough idea/outline for a campaign and my wife DMs it, so I'm not totally disengaged from it, but for whatever reason I just don't have the patience to actually participate.
While they played last weekend, I played Legend of Zelda on NES instead. 😛
