Added a light touch on this proposal to be soft fork. It would be interesting to see miner, node runner and developer community reaction. If you have ideas who to share this with it would be also appreciated. Also in the age of LLM we would anyone who disagrees with the language to take this as an opportunity to draft their version. Hopefully we can find working solution through community work.
