14.5 KM of #Running (-1°C, -2 windchill, 91% humidity, and 3 KM/H wind).
Good workouts, a really warm Zone 2 run (and first one >80% in Z2). I think I'm starting to be able to anticipate getting into Z3 and backing off.
At least the misting wasn't too annoying.
