Cozy critters society has never pirated or torrented any movies games or other content/intellectual property. No data or other vital servers were lost except for a good chunk of money for having to pay the fine just for receiving the DMCA. As this was targeted against my nonprofit my nonprofit doesn't have the funds to challenge The DMCA complaint so we will most likely just have to accept it take the blame and find a new provider to act as the proxy server.
