We did research on this - in thinking of the children, we asked the children. What we found was their concerns and everyday experience was nothing to do with the imagination of the world by the politicians. We told them this in consultations repeatedly. And hence, notwithstanding every other piece of madness they tried to shoehorn in to this catch all bill, they never were actually thinking of the children.
