Perhaps optimistically, I am still kind of thinking that the OSA is doomed to collapse under its own weight. Politically it can’t be repealed, of course, because (clutches pearls) THINK OF THE CHILDREN, but I suspect it will become one of those things that hangs around on the statute book looking vaguely embarrassed, rather than being meaningfully implemented.
