ah well, I may have to retract my statement. I just looked through their portal for the entire year of 2024 and couldn't find anything grossly inflated. I could be remembering a unit entry error of a vendor and not necessarily a reward, or even still it could have been updated later, and I have no proof of wrongdoing. So, I think they may not be "corrupt as hell" anymore. They sure have a lot of money, though.
