What does that even mean? Other than saying short and/or baby faced people are comparable to pedobait? Is it about saying those with mental disability should be infantize clear into adulthood? Is it the latest way to call adults with "childish" interests failed adults who should be shunned by other adults? Is it about kink shaming littles? It is suggestting we leave young adults to fend for themselves learning to navigate adulthood because they couldn't immediately figure it out?
