I woke around 3am and couldn't go back to sleep. Went outside and the sky was magnificently clear, the stars brilliant. Even the sliver of the moon shining so bright as to cast shadows. Caught a glimpse of a shooting star. Of course I made a wish. Outside with a gentle breeze before the world around me woke up. The scent of coffee brewing. Too beautiful to go back to sleep.
