My daughter is planning to pace me for the last 25 miles in October!!! It's my first 100 mile race. She is my crew usually, I'm so excited to have her as a pacer!!

I started running ultra marathons a few years ago. This is what happens when the kids grow up, move away, and you have free time. You fill it. I chose to fill mine with retarded sports in the pursuit of glory and participation medals. LoL

Dogs and I just had eggs w/o bacon, but they were cooked in bacon grease.

It's hard to talk about it. I can't believe I even shared what I shared just now. I just wanted to let you know you are not alone, I know gay platitude, but it's true. If I can recommend anything that you take to heart as someone who has dealt with BPD from the outside for over 20 years, lay off the amphetamines. they do nothing to stabilize. they don't even feel good after the first couple of hours anyways, you just feel sick and angsty for more. I haven't smoked weed in a long, long time, but I recognize the mood stabilization benefits that come with stoned out of your gourd on occasion, especially on indica strains.
