I haven't, I'm guessing it's similar to rsync but for cloud storage?
I mostly just use MEGA for cloud sync (even though I have to use the AUR to get the Linux application) since it gives 20 gigs of free storage and it claims end-to-end encryption. For anything sensitive, I stick with Proton Drive, though.
