We have a couple hawks that live in our neighborhood, & they are cool as fuck. We've been seeing less of them since we cut down the wilderness in our backyard though. 🫤 Not as many little beasts to hunt, I assume.
(My long-term goal is to turn much of the backyard into an actual wilderness of native plants, but there is a lot of work before that happens).
