ING Diba one of the largest EU banks has sent notes to clients advising that starting May 15 the new standard limit for online payments/wire transfers is 2.000Eur. The limit can be raised but it will take at least 4 hours before it is enabled. This aims to "protect the clients from scams and from large impulsive purchases". NO Kidding. They have no shame whatsoever.
