My personal opinion is that there's no point in attempting tax resistance if the IRS is just going to come after you and take the money you owe out of your paycheck or bank account, because then you'll end up giving the government *more* money than if you'd just paid your taxes to begin with, since they're going to charge you penalties and interest in addition to whatever you owed originally.
