In a bowl, mix a tablespoon of corn starch with enough oil to make a slurry. Add a glob of molasses and 1/4 cup of soy sauce. Shred tofu with a cheese grater into the bowl and mix the tofu into the sauce.
Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 425 F for 20 minutes. Then flip it over and bake 20 minutes or until sizzling and crispy.
It makes awesome sandwich filling.
