I have no idea what would happen if they broke the law and tbh I think the new ruling contradicts the equality act 2010 but theyre saying this is the advice theyve been given from their legal team. in a country where you can be put in prison for years for holding a sign supporting a direct action group I have to be careful what I post on the public record but I will say that there are no laws if no one obeys
in the uk intentionally encouraging or assisting the commission of an offence is a crime triable with the same sentence as what you are encouraging
