There are only a tiny handful of situations - if any - where artifical unreliability is a useful thing to have.
Machine translation is only useful in the short term. If translation between spoken languages is useful enough to justify it in the long term, it also justifies teaching more languages to humans. Multi-lingual education, using teaching materials created and vetted by human linguists. Training more professional translators.
A translation-guesser is not a long term solution.
