If it’s training in the morning I usually drink coffee. Other than that just water, maybe take salt tablets sometimes.
I haven’t experimented much with beet juice yet, but actually have it in my refrigerator 😅 I know it is supposed to help a lot but haven’t tried it other than eating a lot of beets. I’ll try to do it and see how it goes. How much do you take and how long before?
I also now that baking soda is real good. But haven’t tried it either. Have you?
