Sunday I was back at a friends #restoration project. They purchased a 22Ha forestry block that was logged last year with the intention of restoring it back to native forest.

We’ve been setting up plots and doing baseline #biodiversity surveys so they can track progress. Being ex-forestry brings challenges and benefits so it will be interesting to watch over the long term.

It’s steep land so it’s hard work but has amazing views.
