Okay so like you want two things?
1. Is the "instance configurer" where it basically just creates a file with different booleans/feature flags
2. Is a compiler that reads the output of 1. And builds a new instance from those booleans
I'm missing the "llm style" and raw text but I genuinely don't know where you were going with that
