oh, nah, i'm just wanting my trips to be less sitting on the side of the road panting
but that's just cos i don't have the cardiovascular health i used to have
type 2 diabetes and muscle weakness and cramps have dramatically reduced my exercise level and this compounds the problem with the heart and kidneys and liver, i've mostly corrected the diet side of it now and my weight is coming down and symptoms are declining but i want to get right over top of this bitch :)
