Progress! A bloke from SA Water is out there now, painting arcane symbols on the kerb and on bits of the road that are dry enough to retain paint. He doesn't look happy. Fair enough, nobody looks gleeful right now. I'm just hoping that they don't send in the heavy machinery at midnight this time.
