I personally never liked it until I had real hummus in Israel (imported recipe from Lebanon)
When you eat it, it should be nice and smooth and you shouldn't have granular pieces at all.
Just buy the industrial made hummus rather than homemade.
Home processors are shit and any home made hummus I've had I've hated cause it's never processed nicely.
Depends on where you are in the world too
